Tour Highlights

In the early afternoon, I will meet you at the pre-arranged starting point of the tour where your introduction to the culinary culture of Hoi An begins. The first stop is a local vendor famous for their bahn mi (a Vietnamese baguette filled with meat or vegetables).

Next we sit with locals, feasting on pulled pork rolled in rice paper made fresh right in front of you. Wander through the local market and browse stalls selling local produce and many other goods and sample some of my favourite snacks.
Then sit down to enjoy Vietnamese specialty dumplings and of course a bowl of Pho.

We top the evening off with dessert, and famous Vietnamese coffee as we make our way back to where your food adventure began.

Bahn Mi

Banh mi is a type of baguette which is often split lengthwise and filled with various savory ingredients as a sandwich and served as a meal. Plain banh mi is also eaten as a staple food.

Dumplings

Dumplings consists of pieces of dough wrapped around a filling of either meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, fruits or sweets.

Pho
