Overview
This tour starts with a classic bowl of Pho with a twist and then takes you on a journey into the depths of some of Saigon’s back streets and alleyway’s. The food gets more extreme as the day goes on and finishes with a seafood selection that will challenge and delight.

Tour Highlights
I like to start my tours off with a bowl of Pho, but this is level 3 on the adventure scale so even the Pho has a twist.
We will walk down through the market and get some Durian to eat as we make our way to one of my favourite street vendors. We take it up a level with some Bun Rieu(Crab, tomato and beef broth with fish paste) and then Quail egg Balut. Lastly we sit down to a selection of seafood but not like anything you might have tried before.
Quail egg balut
Balut is a developing bird embryo that is boiled and eaten from the shell. It is commonly sold as street food in the Philippines and Vietnam.
Bun Rieu
Bún riêu is a traditional Vietnamese soup of meat and rice vermicelli. Bún riêu cua is served with tomato broth and topped with freshwater crab
